Any proprietary information remains sole property of the Company, and may not be distributed outside the scope of your operation of your business. The material in this site is provided for lawful purposes only and any other use or modification of the materials found in this site violates the intellectual property rights of the Company. The Company retains full and complete title and intellectual property rights to all materials. You may not reproduce, sell, repost, modify, or convert any materials in this site in any manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions.

All payments to Inspire One Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the contractual agreements with hotels and vendors.
Reservations booked through Inspire One Travel must be made in the name that appears on each travelers’ passport. The name on the invoice and passport MUST match. There are no exceptions.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Only payments that have been made will be honored at the quoted and/or advertised price.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. Your invoice will state your due dates for your payment plan.
All parties are expected to make timely monthly payments. All parties will be subject to accruing a late fee despite individual responsibility.
Should a guest remove themselves from a travel itinerary, the reservation will be adjusted and the payment plan will reflect the change.
Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
Travel outside of the country requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel date.
When making your reservation, you can choose to pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. A debit/credit card will need to be on file so we can ensure that you are being billed every month. To fill out a credit authorization form, click here.
If you select the monthly payment plan, you will receive a monthly statement informing you when your next payment is due.
Once your final payment is received for your booking (provided it’s paid by the required due date) travel documents, itineraries and instructions will be sent via email thirty (30) days prior or earlier to your date of travel.
